OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of St. Louis Blues for Kids Foundation, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to each Raffle. Official Rules are posted online at https://www.nhl.com/blues/fans/50-50/index. The Official Rules should be read before ticket purchase.

RAFFLE DATE AND PERIOD; HOW TO ENTER: St. Louis Blues for Kids Foundation will raffles during the 2020-21 St. Louis Blues season, outlined by the dates listed on the 50/50 Raffle webpage. You may enter a Raffle in two (2) ways as set forth below. Blues for Kids reserves the right to change the number of tickets offered per dollar amount prior to any game. By participating in the 50/50 Raffle, you agree to follow these Official Rules. All entries for a particular Raffle must be received during the applicable Raffle Period. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

HOW TO ENTER
1. In-Person. Raffle Tickets may be available at select games during the 2020-21 St. Louis Blues season for purchase in-person at Enterprise Center 1401 Clark Ave. St. Louis Mo. 63103. Blues for Kids also has the right to sell during pre-game events located at Enterprise Center.

2. Online Method: Visit https://www.nhl.com/blues/fans/50-50/index (the "Website") and follow the directions to purchase and print a Raffle Ticket. To be valid, a Raffle Ticket purchased on the Website must be downloaded from the Website and printed by the eligible entrant at the time of purchase. Internet sales of raffle tickets are open only to participants who are physically present Missouri or Illinois when the transaction occurs. This raffle is void outside of Missouri and Illinois and wherever prohibited by law. Entrants seeking to purchase Raffle Tickets online must fully complete their purchase using the procedures specified. All online ticket purchase requests are subject to verification by Blues for Kids Foundation, and no sale is final until the ticket purchase order is accepted by St. Louis Blues for Kids in St. Louis, MO.

CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
Fans must claim within 90 days of the drawing. Failure to claim within this timeframe will result in the winner's portion being donated to Blues for Kids and the Blues Alumni. To claim your prize, you must email [email protected] with a picture of the winning ticket. If you purchase your ticket in person, the printed ticket you'll receive is your ticket for the raffle, but also your receipt. If you lose the ticket we are not able to resend it if purchased in person at the game.
