Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups organized within the Blues front office and supported by the team's senior leadership to foster an inclusive environment within the organization. These groups provide a voice for underrepresented populations within the industry, advocate for and share perspectives about specific points of view and causes, serve as workplace resources for the organization and encourage individual professional development.

People of Color

The People of Color ERG is open to all employees working to grow and strengthen the organization by elevating their perspectives to foster a culture of togetherness.

Women in the Workplace

Women in the Workplace is comprised of employees looking to support and strengthen each other while navigating the sports industry. All are welcome to join the group that focuses primarily on growth, work/life balance and mentorship/outreach.

LGBTQIA+

LGBTQIA+ offers employees a safe space to find an LGBTQIA+ affirming community within the workplace while promoting education and advocacy. This ERG is open to both LGBTQIA+ community members and allies.

About Us

The St. Louis Blues are a professional hockey team and a member of the National Hockey League. The Blues made their debut in October 1967 and in 2019 won the franchise's first Stanley Cup championship. In 2020, the Blues were named Team of the Year across all sports by the Sports Business Journal for their success on the ice and the many achievements off the ice, which included the opening of the Centene Community Ice Center, the renovation of Enterprise Center and the hosting of the Honda NHL All-Star Weekend, among other major milestones.

The St. Louis Blues play in and operate the downtown Enterprise Center and operate the adjacent Stifel Theatre. The St. Louis Blues are owned by a local group of business leaders chaired by Tom Stillman, whose guidance and leadership has been an inspiration to fans and the community overall.
