This week in the Fortnite NHLPA Open, with the addition of teammate Robert Thomas to their squad, the group finished first!
The win means another $100,000 goes to charity. The players will donate $50,000 to St. Louis Children's Hospital, $25,000 to the St. Louis Area Foodbank and $25,000 to muscular dystrophy research. Thomas' billet brother, Owen, suffers from spinal muscular atrophy - a form of muscular dystrophy.
The Fortnite NHL Open featured 28 squads and more than 65 current NHL players, including Boston's David Pastrnak, Arizona's Clayton Keller, Colorado's Nathan MacKinnon, Toronto's Mitch Marner and more.
Blues prospect Jake Walman also participated in the tournament with former Washington Capital Devante Smith-Pelly and New York Islanders prospect Josh Ho-Sang. That team placed seventh.
