Binnington, 27, was originally drafted by the Blues in the third round (No. 88 overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft. The Richmond Hill, Ontario native is currently in his third season with the Blues and has posted a 63-24-11 record, a 2.38 goals-against average, a .915 save percentage and eight shutouts across 102 regular-season games.
Since making his first career NHL start on Jan. 7, 2019 (3-0 win at Philadelphia), Binnington ranks second among goaltenders in wins, eighth in goals-against average and fourth in shutouts (min. 30 starts).
