ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have activated forward Sammy Blais from injured reserve. Blais has missed the last 28 games due to a right-wrist injury.
Blais, 23, has appeared in 20 games this season, posting eight points (five goals, three assists) and 10 penalty minutes. Overall, the 6-foot-2, 205-pound forward has totaled 15 points (eight goals, seven assists) and 22 penalty minutes in 63 career regular-season games. A native of Montmagny, Quebec, Blais was originally drafted by the Blues in the sixth round (No. 176 overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.
