Sammy Blais has agreed to terms on a one-year contract extension with the St. Louis Blues worth $1 million.
Blais, 26, was originally drafted by the Blues in the sixth round of the 2017 NHL Draft and spent his first four seasons in St. Louis before being traded to the New York Rangers. He was re-acquired on Feb. 9 in the deal that sent Vladimir Tarasenko and Niko Mikkola to New York . Since re-joining the Blues, Blais has posted two goals and one assist in nine games.
