ST. LOUIS - The St. Louis Blues are one of eight NHL clubs that will compete in the 2017 Prospects Tournament, which runs Sept. 8-12 in Traverse City, Michigan.
The tournament will feature a round-robin format and includes two divisions: the Howe Division (Carolina Hurricanes, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings and the New York Rangers) and the Lindsay Division (Columbus Blue Jackets, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild and the St. Louis Blues).

Each team will play one game against each of its division opponents before determining its position for a final matchup against a non-divisional opponent on Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Blues prospects Tage Thompson (2016, 1st Round), Robert Thomas (2017, 1st Round), Jordan Kyrou (2016, 2nd Round), Klim Kostin (2017, 1st Round), Jake Walman (2014, 3rd Round) and Evan Fitzpatrick (2016, 2nd Round) are among the 24 players that will represent the Blues in the tournament.
Before leaving for Traverse City, the team will practice at the Ice Zone at St. Louis Outlet Mall on Thursday, Sept. 7. The practice is free and open to the public.
