Blues assign Soshnikov to San Antonio

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have assigned forward Nikita Soshnikov to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Soshnikov, 25, has dressed in five games for the Blues this season.
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound forward has also appeared in five games for the Rampage, posting one goal.
A native of Nizhny Tagil, Russia, Soshnikov has tallied 16 points (eight goals, eight assists) and 26 penalty minutes in 87 career NHL regular-season games.
