DALLAS - The St. Louis Blues made six selections at the 2018 NHL Draft in Dallas.
On Friday night, Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced the club acquired the 25th overall pick from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for the 29th and 76th overall picks. St. Louis used the 25th overall pick to select forward Dominik Bokk.
The Blues used their remaining picks to take defenseman Scott Perunovich 45th overall, goaltender Joel Hofer 107th overall, forward Hugh McGing 138th overall, forward Mathias Laferriere 169th overall and defenseman Tyler Tucker 200th overall.

Bokk, 18, appeared in 35 regular season games with Vaxjo Jr. last season in Sweden, collecting 41 points, including 13 goals and 27 assists. He also tallied 11 points (five goals, six assists) in eight postseason games, helping Vaxjo Jr. earn the league's silver medal. The 6-foot-1, 176-pound forward also posted two points (one goal, one assist) in 15 regular season games with Vaxjo in the Swedish Elite League (SEL). A native of Schweinfurt, Bokk represented Germany at both the 2017 U-18 World Junior Championship (D1A) and the 2018 U-20 World Junior Championship (D1A). In 2017, he led all tournament skaters with seven goals, while in 2018, he posted five points (one goal, four assists) in five games to lead Germany to a bronze medal.
Bokk was ranked 12th among European skaters by NHL Central Scouting.

Perunovich, 19, dressed in 42 regular season games with the University of Minnesota-Duluth last season, leading the team overall with 36 points (11 goals, 25 assists). For his efforts, the 5-foot-9, 172-pound defenseman collected the Tim Taylor Award as the top scoring college rookie. He was also named the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) Best Offensive Defenseman, NCHC Rookie of the Year and garnered NCHC First All-Star Team and All-Rookie Team honors. In the postseason, Perunovich led Minnesota-Duluth to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) National Championship while earning a selection to the NCAA All-Tournament Team. The Hibbing, Minnesota native also appeared in seven games for Team USA at the 2018 U-20 World Junior Championship, helping the team capture a bronze medal.
Perunovich was ranked 102nd among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting.
Hofer, 17, played in 19 regular season games with the Western Hockey League's (WHL) Swift Current Broncos last season, posting an 8-3-1 record along with a 2.61 goals-against average and a .914 save-percentage. The 6-foot-3, 161-pound goaltender also appeared in two postseason games, helping the Broncos capture the WHL Championship. A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Hofer was ranked seventh among North American goalies by NHL Central Scouting.

McGing, 19, appeared in 36 regular season games with Western Michigan University last season, sharing second on the team with a career-high 30 points (nine goals, 21 assists). Prior to joining Western Michigan, the 5-foot-8, 170-pound forward spent two seasons with the United States Hockey League's (USHL) Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, amassing 70 points (34 goals, 36 assists) in 114 career games. McGing is a native of Chicago, Illinois.
Laferriere, 17, dressed in 67 regular season games with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's (QMJHL) Cape Breton Screaming Eagles last season, ranking third on the team with 41 points (12 goals, 29 assists). The 6-foot-1, 174-pound forward also tallied one assist in five postseason games. In 2016-17, Laferriere split time between Cape Breton and Blainville-Boisbriand, totaling 12 points (five goals seven assists) in 33 regular season games. A native of Outremont, Quebec, Laferriere was ranked 130th among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting.
Tucker, 18, played in 59 regular season games with the Ontario Hockey League's (OHL) Barrie Colts last season, logging 23 points (three goals, 20 assists) and a plus-27 rating. The 6-foot-1, 203-pound defenseman also collected six points (three goals, three assists) in 12 postseason games. A native of Longlac, Ontario, Tucker was ranked 171st among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting.
