While it may be the offseason when it comes to hockey, there's no down time for the St. Louis Blues' community efforts. In what has become a summer tradition, Live to Give provides front office employees at the Blues, Enterprise Center and Peabody Opera House with the opportunity to give back to their community through volunteer work.

The 2018 Live to Give campaign kicked off on July 10 at H.E.R.O.E.S. Care, which provides support for members of the military and their families. That name may sound familiar to Blues fans; the team has partnered with them before for military nights and care package collection drives.
Blues staff gathered at the H.E.R.O.E.S. Care warehouse in Fenton to get a tour of the office, learn more about what the non-profit does and help sort donated items for care packages. Even Louie stopped by to help with the efforts.
In the upcoming weeks, employees will visit four more organizations throughout St. Louis. If you are interested in learning more, donating or opportunities for volunteering, please visit the individual websites listed below.
