Blues recall Toropchenko from Springfield

ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has recalled forward Alexey Toropchenko from his conditioning assignment with the AHL affiliate Springfield Thunderbirds.

Toropchenko, 23, posted three points (one goal, two assists) and four penalty minutes in five games with the Thunderbirds.
With the Blues this season, the 6-foot-6, 222-pound forward has collected one goal and six penalty minutes in 15 appearances.
The Moscow, Russia, native was drafted by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 113 overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft.
