We're golden - at least for several games during the 2022-23 season.
The St. Louis Blues, in partnership with the NHL and adidas, revealed the Reverse Retro 2022 jersey for the first time on Thursday.

"The first iteration of Reverse Retro was one of the most popular uniform launches of all time. Fans couldn't get enough of not only their team's jersey, but the nostalgia and storytelling leaguewide," said Dan Near, Senior Director at adidas Hockey. "In 2022, we're doubling down on the design formula - Your Colors, Your Retros, Remixed - and once again seeking to bring the magic of the sport to Gen Z and fans around the world."

For the first time in franchise history, the Blues will wear a primarily-gold jersey. The bold color is paired with white and light-blue stripes - the same light blue featured in the club's current Heritage jerseys and the previously-worn 2017 and 2022 Winter Classic jerseys.
The jersey's logo is based on an original prototype that was created in 1966, not long after the NHL awarded St. Louis an expansion franchise that would begin play in the 1967-68 season. The logo features the team's name in light blue lettering across the chest with a musical note looped through the words 'St. Louis.'
The logo was originally drawn by then-General Manager Lynn Patrick and produced by R.J. Liebe Athletic Lettering in Chesterfield. The design was changed before the puck dropped on the inaugural season - meaning the logo in the original prototype has been worn publicly only twice - by Patrick and owner Sid Salomon III when they modeled a prototype jersey for a St. Louis Post-Dispatch photo, and again when the Blues revived the look for the One Nation Classic skills competition at Busch Stadium days after the 2017 NHL Winter Classic.

The Blues will wear this edition of the Reverse Retro jersey seven times during the 2022-23 regular season beginning with the Nov. 17 game against the Washington Capitals. Other dates are Nov. 21 vs. Anaheim, Dec. 8 vs. Winnipeg, Dec. 11 vs. Colorado, Dec. 29 vs. Chicago, Jan. 10 vs. Calgary and Jan. 24 vs. Buffalo.
Fans can pre-order the Reverse Retro jersey now at the STL Authentics Team Store or by visiting STLAuthentics.com. Jerseys and additional Reverse Retro gear - including hats, beanies, hoodies and T-shirts - will be available at STL Authentics on Nov. 15.
"The Reverse Retro 2022 program, our latest collaboration with adidas and all 32 teams, celebrates the intersection of lifestyle, culture and of course hockey with a youthful, fan-forward focus," said Brian Jennings, NHL Chief Brand Officer and Senior Executive Vice President. "Each design captures the team's unique spirit that connects the past with the future. We look forward to rekindling the passionate discussion and debate among team fanbases that this simultaneous launch of all 32 designs is sure to generate."
