The previous team record of 10 straight wins was originally set by the Blues from Jan. 3-23, 2002 and remained untouched for more than 17 years.
"It's great, especially after the way we started this year. It's a good push for us," Blues captain Alex Pietrangelo said. "We've come a long way since then. For me and everyone else here, you get the sense we're not really satisfied."
During their current winning streak, the Blues have scored 37 even-strength goals and recorded a plus-27 goal differential, which both rank first in the NHL in the last 11 games.
The streak is now the longest winning streak in the NHL this season, passing the Buffalo Sabres' 10-game winning streak from Nov. 8-27, 2018. It is also the longest winning streak in the League since the Columbus Blue Jackets won 16 straight from Nov. 29,2016 to Jan. 3, 2017.
The longest winning streak in NHL history is 17 games and was set by the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 1992-93 season.
