For the second consecutive season, the St. Louis Blues will play a preseason contest in Kansas City.
The Blues will meet the division-rival Dallas Stars at Cable Dahmer Arena in an exhibition game on Oct. 1.

Cable Dahmer Arena, home of the ECHL's Kansas City Mavericks, seats nearly 6,000 fans. Last season, the venue hosted the Blues for a preseason game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
"All of us with the Mavericks have tremendous respect for the St. Louis Blues organization. When we were given the opportunity to bring the game to Kansas City last year, I felt it was a no brainer," said Mavericks team owner Lamar Hunt, Jr. "We sold out last year's game in six hours and we expect a similar result this year once tickets go on sale. These NHL exhibition games certainly help us in our mission to continue to grow the sport of hockey in the Kansas City metro area."
Tickets go on sale to the public on July 7 at noon and can be purchased online at
ticketmaster.com
or in person at the Cable Dahmer Arena Box Office.
The
Blues will also meet the Arizona Coyotes in preseason action
at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, KS on Sept. 24.
The complete preseason schedule will be available at a later date.
