NOTES: Basic Stanley Cup Playoff pools have the following scoring system: goals and assists count for skaters with a bonus for a hat trick, and wins count for team goalies with a bonus for a shutout.
EASTERN CONFERENCE
Filip Chytil, F, NYR - The Rangers center scored four goals in seven games against the Carolina Hurricanes in the second round, including three on eight shots on goal over the final two games, and was tied with Mika Zibanejad for their most goals in the series. Chytil plays center on the third line with wings Alexis Lafrenière (seven points in 14 playoff games) and Kaapo Kakko and is on the second power play with Andrew Copp (12 points in 14 playoff games; third on New York). The Rangers won all three of their games against the Lightning this regular season.
Alex Killorn, F, TBL - The Tampa Bay Lightning wing has no goals and four assists in 11 games this playoffs but has a high ceiling considering he had 17 points (eight goals, nine assists) in 19 games during their Stanley Cup run last postseason. Killorn had an NHL career-high 59 points (25 goals, 34 assists) this regular season, including two assists in three games against the New York Rangers. Killorn plays on the second line with wing Ondrej Palat (eight points in 11 playoff games) and center Nicholas Paul (six points in 11 games).
WESTERN CONFERENCE
Andre Burakovsky, F, COL - The Colorado Avalanche wing has struggled offensively this postseason with points in only two of his eight games and was a healthy scratch against the St. Louis Blues in Games 4 and 5 during the second round. But Burakovsky returned to the lineup and had an assist in Game 6 and was a strong playoff performer in the past with 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists) in 15 games for Colorado in 2020. Burakovsky scored two goals for the Washington Capitals in Game 7 of the 2018 Eastern Conference Final to help them advance past the Lightning and ultimately win the Stanley Cup.
Kailer Yamamoto, F, EDM - The Oilers wing has six points (two goals, four assists) in 12 games this postseason and is coming off a career-best regular season (41 points). Yamamoto had four points (two goals, two assists) in three games against the Avalanche this regular season and brings exposure to wing Evander Kane (leads NHL with 12 postseason goals) on the second power play.
