Scott Perunovich left Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Kings with a lower-body injury late in the third period and did not return.
In his postgame media availability following the team's 4-3 overtime win, Blues Head Coach Drew Bannister did not have an update on Perunovich's status.
Perunovich had 16 minutes and 14 seconds of ice time in the game, along with two assists, before leaving in the third period.
Through 31 games this season, he has record 16 assists.
