TORONTO - Alex Pietrangelo is moving up the franchise game-winning goals and points list.

With the game-winner in the third period of Monday's 3-2 win against the Toronto Maple Leafs, Pietrangelo (23) moved past Al MacInnis (22) for the most game-winning goals by a Blues defenseman in franchise history. MacInnis' mark had stood since 2003.
"That's pretty good company. He's a pretty good player," Pietrangelo said of passing MacInnis. "Those are always the things that are good, and when you can do it in front of your family, it's even better."
The goal was Pietrangelo's 400th career point, too, which ranks second amongst Blues defensemen. MacInnis leads that category with 452 points.
