The St. Louis Blues will be without Vladimir Tarasenko for their matchup with the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday night (6 p.m. CT, BSMW, 101 ESPN).
Tarasenko did not participate in Saturday's morning skate at Scotiabank Arena due to an injury sustained Thursday in Montreal.

Blues Head Coach Craig Berube classified Tarasenko as day-to-day.
Prior to the injury, Tarasenko had been part of the Blues' most productive line with Pavel Buchnevich and Robert Thomas. The trio has contributed 16 points (five goals, 11 assists) in their last three games.
With Tarasenko out, Jordan Kyrou is expected to slot in that line on the right wing.
Oskar Sundqvist was skating on the third line with Ivan Barbashev and Brayden Schenn on Saturday morning, while Tyler Bozak and Logan Brown joined the fourth line with Klim Kostin.
Bozak will be back in the lineup for the first time since the team returned from the All-Star break. He played 594 games over nine seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Bozak on returning to lineup in Toronto

"It's obviously exciting, especially being back here where I have a lot of history," Bozak said. "It's fun to get back in. I feel good (and) rested. (I) might be a little rusty the first few shifts - I haven't played in awhile - but it's like anything, you get hurt or you're not playing, it comes back to you pretty quickly."
Earlier Saturday, the Blues made a move to recall defenseman Calle Rosen and assign Dakota Joshua to the Springfield Thunderbirds, but Rosen was not yet in Toronto to skate with the team.
Here is a projected lineup based on the morning skate.
