Pavel Buchnevich is expected to make his return to the lineup Thursday - just in time for a season-long five-game road trip that begins at 8 p.m. CT at Rogers Place in Edmonton (BSMW, 101 ESPN).
Buchnevich missed four games due to a lower-body injury but skated with his teammates on Wednesday and again at Thursday's morning skate in Edmonton.

Buchnevich was skating on the second line with Brayden Schenn and Vladimir Tarasenko, and that's where he's expected to play Thursday against the Oilers. With Buchnevich's return, Nathan Walker looks to be out.
Jordan Binnington, fresh off a shutout victory and his 100th career win, will start in goal.
Below is a projected lineup based on Thursday's practice in Edmonton.
