ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has placed forward Robert Thomas on injured reserve (IR) with a fractured ankle.
Thomas is scheduled to be re-evaluated in six weeks.
Thomas, 25, has dressed in seven games for the Blues this season, posting six points (one goal, five assists) and two penalty minutes.
Originally drafted by the team in the first round, 20thoverall, of the 2017 NHL Draft, the Aurora, Ontario, native has totaled 321 points (87 goals, 234 assists) in 403 career regular-season games.
