TRAVERSE CITY - The Blues prospects got out to a fast start in their first game at Traverse City, but were thwarted by a third-period rally as they fell to the Minnesota Wild prospects 6-5 on Friday afternoon.
Forward Klim Kostin led the way for the Blues on offense, scoring twice and adding five shots on goal. Forwards Mackenzie MacEachern and Alexey Toropchenko also added tallies and defenseman Niko Mikkola rounded out the scoring. Defenseman Jake Walman registered three primary assists.
