ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has signed defenseman Tyler Tucker to a two-year, one-way contract worth an annual average value (AAV) of $800,000.
Tucker, 23, was originally drafted by the Blues in the seventh round (No. 200 overall) of the 2018 NHL Draft.
Last season, the Thunder Bay, Ontario, native dressed in 26 regular-season games for the Blues, posting four points (one goal, three assists) and 31 penalty minutes. He also appeared in 41 regular-season games for the Blues' AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, collecting 21 points (three goals, 18 assists) and 79 penalty minutes.
