  • Opt-in texts will be sent the morning of each game with the option to claim tickets for that night's game. The deadline to claim your tickets is 4 hours prior to puck drop.
  • Claimed tickets will be available 3 hours before puck drop through Account Manager and the Blues App.
  • While claiming tickets, you can add guest passes or upgrade your seats
  • Hat trick subscription automatically renews on the 26th of each month. You will be notified of the games for the upcoming month on the 15th of each month.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I claim my tickets?

You will receive a text message when the window to opt-in is opened. The opt-in window starts at 9 a.m. on game day. After opting in, you will have the opportunity to purchase guest tickets and upgrades.

Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule?

Tickets are guaranteed for the three predetermined games in the subscription. There are no penalties for not attending a game, however, you do need to confirm your attendance in order to receive a ticket. Please note that your Hat Trick Subscription Pass only guarantees you tickets to three specific games a month.

Where are my tickets?

Your tickets will be loaded onto your account three hours prior to puck drop and you can find the tickets within your St. Louis Blues Ticketmaster Account Manager or in the Blues App.

How are tickets sent to me?

Three hours prior to puck drop, you will receive a text message confirming that tickets have been delivered to your Account Manager and the Blues App.

Where will my seats be located?

Seats will be located in the Mezzanine Level (upper bowl) around the arena. Seat locations will vary from game to game.

Can these tickets be transferred to a friend?

Hat Trick Subscription Pass tickets, as well as seat upgrades and guest passes, are not eligible for resale or forward. Abusing these guidelines can result in your Hat Trick Subscription Pass being revoked.

Can my seats be changed?

Once tickets have been sent to your account, they cannot be changed. Please contact [email protected] for any assistance you may require.

Can I link tickets with other pass holders?

Yes, you can link your Hat Trick Subscription with another subscriber(s) to sit together for games in a group. Navigate to the My Group tab in your menu and copy the invite. This will ensure you are seated next to or close enough to hand a drink to one another for the game. You will need to ensure your group is created and all members have joined at least four hours prior to game start in order to be seated with one another.

Can I bring a friend to a game?

Guest tickets and upgrades will be available for select games. If seats are available, guest tickets can be purchased when you opt-in for games.

Can I receive a refund if I cannot attend a game?

We do not issue any refunds for games you are not able to attend.

How can I get a refund if I cancel my pass altogether?

An active purchase for the month is not refundable. To cancel your pass for the upcoming month, opt-out through the Manage Subscription tab before the 26th of the month.

How can I change my payment method or update my expiration date?

To update your payment method, simply navigate to the Manage Subscription menu on the right side of your screen. You will see a section to update your payment method where you can update new information.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew on the 26th of the month! There is no action needed on your end to keep your subscription active.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, once you navigate to the  Manage Subscription tab in your account you can elect to pause your subscription for that month during the opt out window from the 15th to the 26th. You will receive a text message when this period is open.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Simply navigate to the Manage Subscription tab to cancel your subscription. You can only do so during the monthly opt-out period from the 15th to the 26th of the month.
