Loaded Value

To access your loaded value, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Open or download the Blues App. Download on the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2:

On the bottom navigation, select 'Arena', and then select 'Blues Pay'.

Step 3:

Within 3 hours of puck drop, load the value from your tickets by selecting the 'Load Tickets' button.

Step 4:

Select the value from the seat(s) that you want to load into your wallet. Once the value is loaded it cannot be transferred. Click 'Load Ticket' and 'Confirm' on the next page.

Step 5:

Confirm your value has loaded by viewing at the top of your Blues Pay Screen.

Step 6:

To pay for concessions, tell the employee you would like to pay via the Blues App. A QR code will appear on the register.

Step 7:

To scan the QR code and pay, select 'Food & Drinks Blues Pay'.

Step 8:

Complete the payment. Make sure to toggle on Loaded Value to use your loaded value to pay. Select 'Pay Now - Loaded Value'.

Step 9:

Once payment is complete, your balance will refresh and can be reviewed under the 'Loaded Value Activity' button.

Please note: Loaded Value tied to an individual game ticket is only available for that game. Your remaining Loaded Value balance will not carry over for usage at future Blues games.
