BROSSARD - The Canadiens announced on Friday that forwards Lucas Conotta and Joël Teasdale, and defenseman Frédéric Allard, were assigned to the AHL's Laval Rocket.

After being recalled on an emergency basis on Thursday afternoon, Condotta made his NHL debut against the Boston Bruins. The 25-year-old centerman quickly made his mark by scoring his first career goal just 3:27 into the first period.

For his part, Teasdale picked up first career NHL point on Condotta's marker. The Repentigny native made his NHL debut on Wednesday night in Long Island.
Allard was acquired from the Los Angeles Kings on March 3 in exchange for Nate Schnarr. He played on Wednesday and Thursday, his first appearances with the CH since March 5.
The Rocket face the Syracuse Crunch tonight at Place Bell in its final game of the regular season. Laval currently sits fifth in the North Division with 74 points. The Cleveland Monsters sit three points behind the Rocket with two games in hand.
