Canadiens assign Anthony Richard to Laval Rocket

Richard returns to the AHL as Dach and Gallagher are back in the lineup against the Lightning

MONTREAL -- The Canadiens assigned forward Anthony Richard to the AHL's Laval Rocket on Tuesday.

The move comes after forwards Kirby Dach and Brendan Gallagher are returning to the lineup for tonight's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning at the Bell Centre.
Richard, 26, was most recently recalled from Laval on March 9.

He registered two goals and three points in six games during his latest stint with Montreal.
Richard has 24 goals and 55 points in 49 games with the Rocket this season.
