Carey Price out with a concussion

Undetermined absence for the Habs netminder

MONTREAL - Carey Price has suffered a concussion and the length of his absence has yet to be determined, head coach Claude Julien announced during his pregame press conference on Thursday at the Bell Centre.

Price took a shot to the mask during Tuesday night's game against the Flyers in Philadelphia. He remained in the game, but missed Wednesday's practice for treatment.
Julien indicated that No. 31 will not play until his symptoms have completely resolved. As a result, a timeline for his return is not yet known.
Recalled on an emergency basis from the Laval Rocket on Wednesday, Charlie Lindgren will back up Antti Niemi for Thursday night's game against the New York Rangers.
