LAS VEGAS -- Following Thursday's game against the Golden Knights, the Canadiens announced that Jake Allen will miss eight weeks due to a lower body injury.
Allen was injured during the first period of the Jan. 12 game in Boston and had left the team's current road trip to return to Montreal for further evaluation.
