Petry amassed three points (2 goals, 1 assist) in a 6-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on February 1 at the Bell Centre.
His first goal of the contest also proved to be the game-winner.

His second marker came courtesy of a brilliant feed by Corey Perry, who collected his 800th career NHL point on the play.

The Michigan State University product followed that up with a 2-point effort (1 goal, 1 assist) versus Vancouver on February 2 that helped the team to a 5-3 triumph.
Petry also added a goal against the Senators in Saturday afternoon's 2-1 win at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa.

The 11-year NHL veteran is enjoying a remarkable start to the year.
He currently leads the Canadiens with 14 points (6 goals, 8 assists) in 12 games.
He also leads the League in goals among defensemen and ranks second in points, two back of Canucks blueliner Quinn Hughes.
Petry, who sits just eight games shy of 700 regular-season appearances, also sits atop the NHL with a plus-14 differential alongside fellow Canadiens rearguard Joel Edmundson.
The League's First Star of the Week was David Pastrnak of the Boston Bruins, while Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks earned Second Star honors.
