MONTREAL -- Josh Anderson extended his point streak to three straight games at the IIHF World Championship on Monday.
Anderson collected two assists in Canada's 5-1 victory over Slovakia in Helsinki. The power forward also registered four shots on goal and a plus-2 differential in 14:54 of ice time. Anderson boasts five points (1 goal, 4 assists) and a plus-5 differential in the tournament. Canada remains undefeated and sits atop Group A with nine points.
Elsewhere, Joel Armia was held off the scoresheet in Finland's 4-1 victory over the United States. The veteran winger registered two shots on goal in 15:09 of ice time. The Finns remain undefeated through three games and lead Group B with nine points. Prospect Sean Farrell had two shots on goal in 15:53 of ice time for the Americans.
