CHICAGO -- Patrick Kane will return to the lineup for the Chicago Blackhawks against the Seattle Kraken at United Center on Saturday (8 p.m. ET; NBCSCH, ROOT-NW, ESPN+, SN NOW).

The forward, who was placed on injured reserve on Thursday retroactive to Jan. 3. with a lower-body injury, missed three games. Chicago won each of the three games without Kane.
Kane took part in the morning skate Saturday on a line with Philipp Kurashev and Max Domi.
Kane practiced, but did not play in a 3-2 win against the Colorado Avalanche at United Center on Thursday. He did not play when the Blackhawks defeated the Arizona Coyotes 2-0 on Friday and the Calgary Flames 4-3 in overtime Sunday.
"Feel pretty good," Kane said Saturday. "I know it's been three games, but it feels like it's been like three months since I played. Definitely excited to get back out there and help the team. The team's playing great. You look at the last three games, there's been contributions from everyone. It's probably why we've won three in a row. Obviously great goaltending as well. Just excited to get in there and try and help the team tonight."
Kane said he sustained the injury after taking a hit from San Jose Sharks forward Evgeny Svechnikov in Chicago's 5-2 loss Jan. 1. He previously had not missed a game due to injury since he sustained a broken clavicle against the Florida Panthers on Feb. 24, 2015, and missed the rest of that regular season.
"Just definitely a presence on the power play, snapping it around this morning," Blackhawks coach Luke Richardson said. "Definitely looks like he's moving much better and feeling better. That's great. The team's playing well and he's coming in at a good time just to help us be a little more creative in the offensive zone, especially on the power play."
Kane has 27 points (seven goals, 20 assists) in 37 games this season, second on the Blackhawks behind Domi with 28 points (12 goals, 16 assists) in 40 games.
