MONTREAL -- The Canadiens swept Family Weekend with a 6-2 victory over the Oilers on Sunday at the Bell Centre.
Head coach Martin St-Louis' squad started the game strong with the opening goal. Alex Belzile's shot through traffic at the 8:14 mark of the first period beat Stuart Skinner. Michael Pezzetta and Jesse Ylonen assisted on Belzile's first career NHL goal.

Pezzetta was especially pumped for his good buddy's achievement. He gave Belzile an enthusiastic embrace on the bench.
Montreal led 1-0 after 20 minutes. The Habs kept the offense coming in the second period. Jordan Harris buried a perfect feed from Evgenii Dadonov at 3:45 to put the home side up by a pair. His second goal of the season was also assisted by Johnathan Kovacevic.

Then, Josh Anderson added a power play goal at 8:23 to give the Canadiens a 3-0 advantage. Anderson's 15th goal of the year was assisted by Dadonov and Jonathan Drouin.

Edmonton answered with goals from Leon Draisaitl and Evander Kane, but Rafael Harvey-Pinard responded with a power play goal with 1:19 left before the break. His sixth tally of the season was assisted by Mike Matheson and Nick Suzuki.

The Canadiens led 4-2 after 40 minutes. Harris added his second goal of the afternoon at the 2:58 mark of the final stanza. His third goal of the campaign was assisted by Joel Armia and Drouin.

Christian Dvorak added his eighth goal of the season at 9:12 off a perfect feed from Kirby Dach while the Canadiens were short-handed. It was the 200th point of Dvorak's career.
