The Habs traveled to Toronto on Thursday night following a 7-4 win against the New Jersey Devils. It was the Canadiens' first regulation win in the Garden State since Jan. 20, 2017.

Matthews and Marner lead Toronto in points with 97 and 89, with the former having already set a new career high in 66 games.
On the injury front, the Maple Leafs are without goaltender Petr Mrazek, forward Ondrej Kase, and defenseman Rasmus Sandin.
