With that in mind, we asked prospect Nick Suzuki to build his Ultimate Player based on a list of several highly-coveted hockey-related characteristics.

HANDS: PATRICK KANE
I think he has the best hands in the NHL. It's really impressive to see him stickhandle around players.

STRENGTH: ZDENO CHARA
He's the most imposing player in the League. I know he trains really hard.

VISION: MITCH MARNER
It's just about the way he leads the power play and the passes he manages to make.

SHOT: ALEX OVECHKIN
He probably has the best shot since entering the League.

SPEED: CONNOR MCDAVID
I had the chance to skate with him. His speed is incredible.

HEART: BRENDAN GALLAGHER
He always shows up in big moments and plays with a lot of heart.
