MONTREAL – After benefitting from a day off, several Habs hit the ice in preparation for their Saturday night meeting with the Hurricanes at the Bell Centre.  

Martin St-Louis' troops will be looking to win their fourth game in a row following victories over the Seattle Kraken, Colorado Avalanche and Philadelphia Flyers.  

Juraj Slafkovsky could extend his point streak to 10 games. In his last nine outings, the forward, who turns 20 today, has registered two goals and eight assists.  

Nick Suzuki has also registered points in three straight games (3G, 2A). 

In total, seventeen players laced their skates.

Kaiden Guhle partook in the session but is not eligible for tonight’s matchup. The 22-year-old defenseman was suspended for one game after slashing Flyers forward Travis Konecny on Thursday. Johnathan Kovacevic will return to the lineup.
