Hughes became the fourth different U.S. born Defensemen to record 70 assists in a season, the only others are Brian Leetch (3x), Phil Housley and Gary Suter. - Recording the primary assist on J.T. Miller’s overtime winner on Mar. 5/24 at LAK, Brock Boeser recorded the 200th assist of his career, becoming the 20th forward in franchise history to hit that mark.

Miller has the most such seasons in franchise history. He passed Markus Naslund and Daniel Sedin who each had two such seasons.
