Vancouver, BC - Vancouver Canucks General Manager Jim Benning announced today that the club has recalled defenceman Guillaume Brisebois from the Utica Comets and goaltender Michael DiPietro from the Ottawa 67's on an emergency basis.

Brisebois, 21, currently ranks second among Comets defencemen in games played this season (45), registering nine points (2-7-9) and 20 penalty minutes. The Longueuil, Quebec, native has posted 27 points (5-22-27) in 113 career AHL games with the Comets. Brisebois was originally selected by Vancouver 66th overall in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
DiPietro, 19, has split the 2018.19 season with the Ottawa 67's and Windsor Spitfires posting an 18-10-1 record, a .908 save percentage and a 2.37 GAA. The Ahmerstburg, Ontario native was traded to Ottawa on December 4th and represented Team Canada at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championships in Vancouver. DiPietro was drafted by Vancouver 64th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
