Considering they do everything together, it's only fitting that both Henrik and Daniel Sedin reached the 1,000 point milestone before retiring. Henrik notched his 1,000th career NHL point in a game against the Panthers in January of 2017, while Daniel hit the mark less than a year later in a game against the Predators. Henrik's 1,000th point was especially significant, as the captain beat ex-Canuck Roberto Luongo for the goal and was then congratulated by his former teammate. It was a great display of sportsmanship from Luongo, who spent almost eight years in Vancouver with the twins. Daniel's 1,000th point came in a win over Nashville after he took a pass from rising star Brock Boeser and wired a shot past netminder Pekka Rinne. With Daniel and Henrik each reaching the coveted milestone, the Sedin twins became the first pair of brothers to both reach the 1,000th point mark in the NHL.
