Canucks activate Motte, reassign MacEwen

...Motte, 24, has played in six games for the Canucks this season, recording one assist.

Vancouver, BC - Vancouver Canucks General Manager Jim Benning announced today that the club has activated forward Tyler Motte from IR and reassigned forward Zack MacEwen to the Utica Comets.

Motte, 24, has played in six games for the Canucks this season, recording one assist. MacEwen, 23, has played seven games with Vancouver this season, registering one goal, one assist and a +3 plus/minus. He has nine points (3-6-9) and 17 penalty minutes in 14 games with Utica this season.
