The Washington Capitals announced today several initiatives in recognition of the First Round of the 2022 playoffs presented by Boeing. The Capitals will face the Florida Panthers in Game 1 at FLA Live Arena in Florida on Tuesday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m. A complete schedule is included below. Playoff initiatives include:

Playoff Tickets
A limited number of individual game tickets for all possible home games of the First Round of the Washington Capitals 2022 Playoffs presented by Boeing are available via

.Washington will host Game 3, Game 4 and if necessary, Game 6 in the Eastern Conference First Round.
Washington Capitals fans are encouraged to make their ticket purchases directly from the team. Only tickets purchased through the team are guaranteed to be valid. Fans can purchase their tickets through any Ticketmaster sales channel and also through NHL Ticket Exchange. NHL Ticket Exchange is the only guaranteed secondary ticket reseller, and all tickets purchased on NHL Ticket Exchange are verified by Ticketmaster.

The Caesars Sportsbook at Capital One Arena will serve as the official Playoff Viewing Party Headquarters for all Capitals away playoff games. Capitals Water Taxi at The Wharf
A special
Potomac Water Taxi
at The Wharf will be branded with the Capitals logo and fly Capitals flags in honor of the playoffs. The boat will run Wednesday through Sunday, departing The Wharf at 11:45 a.m. The loop will consist of The Wharf - Alexandria - National Harbor - Alexandria - The Wharf through the day, docking back at The Wharf at 9:30 p.m. Capitals fans should stay tuned to @Capitals on social media for details surrounding a special ride on the Water Taxi featuring Capitals alumni and mascot Slapshot the week of May 2.
ALL CAPS Lawn Signs
Fans are invited to pick up ALL CAPS lawn signs at the Medstar Capitals Iceplex and Capital One Arena Team Stores. The offer is limited to one item per person, while supplies last, during normal store hours.
Giveaways
All fans at Game 3 will receive a rally towel courtesy of Boeing, as well as blinking LED light sticks, while all fans at Game 4 will receive a rally towel courtesy of WMATA.
Team Store Merchandise
Fans are encouraged to visit the Team Store at Capital One Arena for official Capitals playoff merchandise, including T-shirts, hats and hard goods.

Capital One Fan Van and Capital One Café Promo
The Capital One Fan Van will be parked on F Street two hours prior to puck drop during all home playoff games and feature giveaways for all fans.
In addition, Capitals alumnus Karl Alzner will sign autographs and take photos with fans at the Fan Van from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. ahead of Game 3 on Saturday, May 7, and from 5:15-6:15 p.m. prior to Game 4 on Monday, May 9.

Red Deliveries
The Capitals will visit more than 200 bars, restaurants, and small businesses throughout the Washington, D.C., area to deliver Capitals décor, posters, koozies, rally towels, and additional items in celebration of the Capitals' playoff run.

50/50 Raffles
Monumental Sports & Entertainment Foundation will continue to host 50/50 Raffles online during Capitals playoff home games. One fan with the winning ticket number will win 50% of the collected amount at the game. The other 50% will benefit MSE Foundation. Caps Playoff Practices
Fans are encouraged to attend the Capitals' playoff practices at MedStar Capitals Iceplex throughout the playoffs. All practices are free and open to the public.
Playoff Branding
Capitals playoff branding will feature player compositions and key art from the 2021-22 regular season with enhanced elements. Messaging will be showcased through advertising and branding, including Rock the Red, Unleash the Fury and Let's Go Caps!
The lamp pole banners and select concrete columns outside of Capital One Arena will feature Capitals playoff banners. In addition, nearly 100 out of home digital boards throughout Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Montgomery County will feature special Capitals playoff content.
Soar to the Playoffs Pep Rally, presented by Boeing
The Capitals hosted their annual Soar to the Playoffs pep rally, presented by Boeing, on April 29 at Oakridge Elementary School in Arlington, Va. The event featured street hockey with nearly 300 students and an appearance by mascot Slapshot.
