Minnesota Wild In-Kind Donations
The Minnesota Wild receives hundreds of requests for memorabilia, player appearances and speaking engagements from individuals and organizations each month. Please know that all requests are given serious consideration. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be met to ensure fairness.

Requests for tickets, operating expenses and monetary donations.

Donation Request FAQs
My charity organized an event at the last minute and we need a rush on a donation/auction item. Can you send us something quickly?
Unfortunately, due to the number of requests we receive, we need a six-week time frame to fulfill requests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will consider involving the Minnesota Wild in your future fundraising activities.
Can I deliver merchandise to the Wild offices and have them autographed by the players?
No, the Minnesota Wild does not accept items from the public to be signed by the players. Due to the high volume of requests we receive it would be impossible to fulfill all of the requests. Additionally, the Minnesota Wild organization and players are not responsible for returning any items sent.
Will a player write back if I send fan mail to their attention?
The Minnesota Wild players receive hundreds of letters from fans each year. Each player is responsible for opening and replying to letters from their fans. The Minnesota Wild cannot guarantee that all letters will be responded to.
Players can receive fan mail by sending letters to:
Minnesota Wild
Attn: (Player's Name)
317 Washington Street
St. Paul, MN 55102
How long will it take to get a response to my donation request?
Donations are typically sent out 2 weeks prior to the date of your event. If you are ineligible for a donation you will receive an emailed notice 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.
Are Minnesota Wild hockey practices open to the public?
Select Wild practices are open to the public. For more information, click here.
Can a Minnesota Wild player attend my event?
The Minnesota Wild schedules a very limited number of player appearances each year and priority is given to our community and corporate partners. Our players have very busy schedules during the season and most of them are gone during the off-season. Many of the Minnesota Wild players have charities and organizations that they are passionate about and work with on their own. It is up to them which events they choose to attend.
