Each season, the Minnesota Wild joins forces with the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players' Association for Hockey Fights Cancer (HFC), an initiative to raise money and awareness for hockey's most important fight.
Hockey Fights Cancer 2024-25 will be held on Monday, November 25 when the Wild hosts the Winnipeg Jets at 7 p.m. CT.
The night will be dedicated to supporting the cause in numerous ways:
- Fans attending the game are encouraged to wear lavender to show their support.
- A special Hockey Fights Cancer ticket pack is available that includes a Minnesota Wild/Hockey Fights Cancer lavender and black scarf. For each ticket purchased, a portion of each ticket is donated to Team Tucker.
- Fans and organizations can also purchase tickets to the game to be donated to cancer-affiliated organizations. For more information on tickets click here or access My Wild Account.
- The Minnesota Wild Foundation Split the Pot Raffle partner for Hockey Fights Cancer night will be Pinky Swear Foundation. Pinky Swear Foundation's mission is to help kids with cancer and their families with financial and emotional support. Learn more at https://pinkyswear.org/.
- In alignment with the Minnesota Wild’s Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night, the Wild Foundation will host a 2024 HFC Auction Nov. 25 – Dec. 2. The auction will feature HFC themed memorabilia including new, unworn jerseys, locker room nameplates, baseball hats and mini helmets autographed by the members of the 2024 Minnesota Wild. - The Minnesota Wild Foundation is also excited to host a Hockey Fights Cancer Mystery Puck sale. Pucks will be on sale in-game only at section 104 from the time gates open and while supplies last. A $30 Mystery Puck purchase guarantees you a themed puck autographed by a member of the 2024-25 Minnesota Wild, the mystery is whose autograph you'll get! Cashless purchases only. Proceeds will benefit the Minnesota Wild Foundation.
Donations
Fans can also donate to Hockey Fights Cancer at cash registers of all concession booths to benefit Team Tucker throughout the entire month of November. Wild fans across the State of Hockey and anywhere in the world can join our effort in battling hockey's most important fight by displaying your own personalized HFC "I Fight For" placard.
Fans are invited to show us who or what they fight for by filling out a Hockey Fights Cancer "I Fight For" sign presented by Bud Light. Download the HFC placard artwork, fill in who or what cancer cause you fight for, snap a picture of you with your card and share with us by tagging #MNWild and #hockeyfightscancer on any social media platform. "I Fight For" placards will be made available at select locations throughout Xcel Energy Center and fans will be asked to raise them up during the game.
