Devils goaltender Nico Daws was re-assigned to Utica of the American Hockey League.

Daws was recalled this morning with the uncertainty surrounding the upper-body injury for Jake Allen. However, Allen has been cleared to play and is traveling with the team on its current two-game road trip.
