The New Jersey Devils today acquired goaltender Zane McIntyre from Vancouver in exchange for goaltender Louis Domingue. McIntyre will report to Binghamton (AHL).
McIntyre, 27, has appeared in 24 games with Utica (AHL) this season with an 11-10-2 record with a 3.16 goals-against average. The 6'2, 205lb. netminder appeared in eight NHL games with the Boston Bruins during the 2016-17 season.
Domingue, 27, played in 16 games for New Jersey this season, posting a 3-8-2 record with a 3.79 goals-against average and .882 save percentage. Domingue had been previously acquired from the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft.
