Stafford invited to Devil training camp on a PTO agreement

The New Jersey Devils announced today that right wing Drew Stafford has been invited to training camp on a PTO agreement.

Stafford, 32, scored eight goals and seven assists for 15 points in 59 games last season with New Jersey. He also appeared in two games during the 2018 Stanley Cup Eastern Conference Quarterfinals versus Tampa Bay. He initially signed a one-year, one-way contract with Devils on August 25, 2017. In 784 career NHL games with Buffalo, Winnipeg, Boston and New Jersey, Stafford has scored 191 goals, 224 assists and 415 points and 397 penalty minutes.
