Nineteen of Anaheim's 26 games this season have been decided by one goal (73.1%), the highest percentage in the NHL. The Ducks are on pace to play the most one-goal games in the league in over 10 years, with only two clubs in the last 10 years with more than 60% of their games decided by one goal (CBJ in 2019-20, 61.4% and NJD in 2013-14, 61.0%). Only St. Louis has a streak of eight straight one-goal games this season (Feb. 13-present).
Rickard Rakell recorded his second straight three-point game (2-1=3) and his first multi-goal contest of the season. It marks the first time in exactly two years that a Ducks player has recorded consecutive games of three-or-more points (first time for Rakell). The last Duck to do so was Troy Terry from Mar. 6-8, 2019 (1-5=6). Rakell is the fourth Ducks player since 2009-10 to post consecutive games with three or more points, joining Terry, Ondrej Kase (Dec. 9-12, 2018; 4-2=6) and Saku Koivu (twice, Jan. 8-12, 2012 and Mar. 31-Apr. 2, 2010). He is also the eighth player in franchise history to record three points in consecutive games. Rakell has points in a career-tying six straight games (5-7=12), matching his personal best set on four previous occasions (last: Feb. 25-Mar. 9, 2018; 8-3=11).
Max Comtois recorded a career-high three assists (all primary), surpassing his previous career-high for points in a single game (two, four times; last: Feb. 24 @ ARI, 1-1=2). Comtois has eight assists his last eight games (2-8=10) and 6-8=14 points his last 15 contests.
