At OC Human Relations Council we're passionate about making Orange County a better place for all people to live, work, go to school and do business.
Building community is not always easy, but we do it by fostering respect and mutual understanding, addressing bias and prejudice, resolving conflict and developing diverse leaders.
Our expertise in addressing prejudice, discrimination and conflict through collaborative and inclusive efforts is the key to developing successful leaders.
We guide, support, train and empower leaders of all ages from schools, neighborhoods, businesses, government, law enforcement, educational institutions and community groups.
Living and working in a safe, inclusive and respectful community is good for our children, families, neighborhoods, schools and the local business community. Working across Orange County for nearly 30 years, OC Human Relations strives in:
