Ducks Arizona 9-29

After an impressive showing in the preseason opener two nights ago, the Ducks continue preparations for the upcoming season with an exhibition matchup against the Arizona Coyotes tonight at Honda Center (7 p.m., Radio: AM 1110 KRDC).

The Ducks will look to build on a
6-3 win over the Sharks
on Wednesday. Troy Terry (1-1=2), Alexander Volkov (1-1=2), Sonny Milano (0-2=2) and Kodie Curran (1-1=2) led Anaheim's attack with multi-point efforts while rookie netminders Lukas Dostal (13 saves on 14 shots) and Olle Eriksson-Ek (11 saves on 13 shots) split time in goal to backstop the Ducks' victory.
Tonight's contest opens a stretch of three games in four nights for the Ducks. Anaheim will host San Jose at Honda Center Thursday to complete its home back-to-back before visiting the Coyotes on Saturday at Gila River Arena.
Anaheim's training camp roster
currently includes 56 players (31 forwards, 19 defensemen and six goaltenders).
Arizona also opened the 2021 preseason with a win, defeating the Kings 2-1 at Gila River Arena on Monday. Dylan Guenther, the 10th overall in this summer's NHL Draft, notched a game-high two points including the game-winning goal with 10:49 remaining in regulation.
The Coyotes also introduced a new bench boss this summer, naming André Tourigny as the 19th head coach in franchise history. Tourigny joined Arizona after 15 seasons in the Canadian Hockey League.
