What are the dates & times of the 2024 Hyundai NHL Fan Fair?

The 2024 Hyundai NHL Fan Fair will take place February 1-4, 2024. On Thursday, Feb. 1 the event will be open from 2pm-9pm; on Friday Feb. 2 the event will be open from 1pm-10pm; on Saturday Feb. 3 the event will be open from 10am-6pm and on Sunday Feb. 4 the event will be open from 11am-4pm.

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes, the 2024 Hyundai NHL Fan Fair is a ticketed event and tickets are on sale thru Ticketmaster.ca or by visiting NHL.com/FanFair.

What happens if it rains?

The 2024 Hyundai NHL Fan Fair event is completely indoors located at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre South Building in Halls D-G.

Ticket Office

The Hyundai NHL Fan Fair Ticket Office, located on Level 600 will be open on event days for guests to purchase tickets on-site. The ticket office hours of operation are:
Thursday, Feb. 1: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday, Feb. 2: 12:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday, Feb. 3: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday, Feb. 4: 10:00am – 2:30pm

Coat Check

The MTCC will provide a coat check room on Level 600. All items are $4.50 per item (incl. of HST). Cash, credit, and debit are all accepted forms of payment. The MTCC or NHL are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

First Aid

First Aid services are provided during all hours of the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair. First Aid is located at the bottom of the escalators on Level 800.

Smoking Policy

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a completely non-smoking facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products) inside the venue.

Re-Entry Policy

The Hyundai NHL Fan Fair has a no re-entry policy. Once a ticketed guest exits the event, that guest is not allowed to re-enter back into the event without purchasing a new ticket.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than 4” x 6” x 1.5” (the size of a small clutch) are prohibited. Exceptions may be made for parenting or medically necessary bags.

Attendees are NOT permitted to bring any of the items listed below into the venue:

NO items that could reasonably be used as a weapon
NO explosive, combustible, or other hazardous items
NO smoking or e-cigarettes
NO alcohol
NO bottles, cans, or any glass container
NO airhorns, whistles, or other noise-making devices
NO laser pointers or similar items that could be used to disrupt play
NO animals of any kind, except for service animals
NO coolers, hard sided bags, backpacks
NO drones or any unmanned aerial device
NO balls, frisbees, or other projectiles
NO illegal substances
NO other items deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for entry by security personnel

Prescription medicine: All prescription medicines must be in a marked bottle along with photo matching ID.

Red Carpet

The Rogers NHL All-Star Red-Carpet event will take place inside the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair on Thursday, Feb. 1 beginning at 3:30pm. You must have a Thursday Hyundai NHL Fan Fair ticket or a 4-day ticket to attend. This event will start at the Upper Deck Rink and continue through the middle of the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair.

Watch Parties

On Friday Feb. 2, the NHL All-Star Skills presented by DraftKings Sportsbook and on Saturday Feb. 3, the Rogers NHL All-Star Game, will be televised inside the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair. These Watch Parties will be located at the Upper Deck Rink. There is bleacher seating for up to 1,000 guests available at the Upper Deck Rink. Guests that attend the watch parties can enjoy all available games and attractions inside the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair while the action takes place on the ice inside Scotiabank Arena.

Food & Beverage

Food & Beverage will be available for purchase during the event. Outside food & beverages are NOT allowed in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. For food & beverage at concession stands, the MTCC accepts credit and debit card transactions only. Cash is no longer accepted.

Do you sell alcohol?

Yes, there will be alcohol to purchase to those who are of legal age and have a legal ID.

How can I get to the Hyundai NHL Fan Fair by GO Train or GO Bus?

Travel from anywhere across the GO network to Union Station or Union Station Bus Terminal. From there, follow the signs for the indoor SkyWalk leading to the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, or walk outside west along Front Street. For more information, CLICK HERE.
