The NHL Player Inclusion Coalition is a group of current and former NHL Players and women's professional hockey players who work to advance equality and inclusion in the sport of hockey on and off the ice. Coalition members are advisors, ambassadors, and catalysts in the growing movement for inclusion across the hockey community.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Developing recommendations for how the NHL can more effectively empower diverse Players in elite hockey.
EDUCATION
Conducting inclusion experiences and educational sessions for NHL Players and draftees, NHL on-ice officials, and minor pro hockey.
VOICE
Bringing voice to diversity and inclusion issues impacting hockey on personal platforms and networks.
EVENTS
Leading and supporting hockey events that connect with and inspire underrepresented youth.
RESOURCES
Directing resouces toward grassroots programs that welcome and celebrate diverse hockey audiences.
